Ruzafa Line 10. . It’s taken a while but we finally have a new metro in Valencia, Line 10, opening today in fact, this will run from the Estacion del Nord, through Ruzafa, Montolivet, En Corts, Science Museum, Oceanografic and down to Nazaret, a much needed new link in the city that has been a driving force behind a lot of sales, the market recently has been, well, like a runaway train.. . This property provides some very dull photos, but definitely improves on viewing, this 3 bedroom apartment in a beautiful restored building from the 1930s on Luis Santangel, set on the 5th floor is bathed in light at all times thanks to its east and west orientation which also provides the cross ventilation you learn to appreciate in the hot summer months, a few improvements and this could be a really nice lock up and leave home from home and/or tidy mid term rental investment, A reasonable price and somewhat negotiable so my advice is don’t get left waiting on the platform.. .
