There are also several fruit trees in the garden (olive / pomegranate / lemon / orange and palm trees).
The Casa is connected to the water supply- and the electricity network. By installing a solar boiler (200 liters) for hot water and the installation of 16 solar panels + a 5 kWh battery, the Casa is more sustainable.
The house is a 5 minute drive from two different villages where all basic amenities can be found. About 10-15 minutes by car there is the highway and the market town of Huercal-Overa, with its famous hospital, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, medical center, banks, etc. The beautiful beaches are 30-40 minutes away, from the beaches of San Juan de Los Terreros, Vera and Mojacar etc.
Over almost the entire length of the house there is a covered terrace with different seating areas for each living space and there is a beautiful rustic fully equipped kitchen. The garage is located on the left side of the house.
The house is divided into 6 apartments: Apartment 1: located next to the garage: it is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility: entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom specially adapted, living / dining room / kitchen equipped with propane stove and sliding door . A door through the kitchen leads to apartment 2.
Apartment 2: it also has its own entrance and consists of: Entrance / fitted kitchen / dining room, large single bedroom, large double bedroom, shower room.
Apartment 3: is used as a private living space: spacious living / dining room with wood stove and sliding doors, very spacious and nicely equipped kitchen. A hall with toilet, storage room, dressing room, shower room, spacious double rooms. From the hallway next to the bedroom, a patio door leads to the side of the house and the entrance to apartment 6. From the living room, a staircase leads to apartment 4:
Apartment 4: living room / equipped kitchen, shower room, 3 double bedrooms and a storage room. This apartment has access from the private area and of course also a separate entrance, ideal as an extra private space or to rent for guests. The entrance to apartment 5 is on the left side of this apartment.
Apartment 5: The entrance is via a staircase at the side of the house and comprises: living room, fitted kitchen/dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and a shower room.
Apartment 6: access from the side of the house on the ground floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen, large double bedroom and a shower room.
Apartments 3 + 4 + 5 +6 have propane central heating and pre-installation of air conditioning.
There is also a motorcycle rental service.
There is a license for Casa Rural for 19 people.
