This traditional town house was built approximately just over one hundred years ago, located in Javea’s Old Town (Pueblo), it is close to all amenities. The accommodation is over three floors. Entrance from the street into an open plan living dining room with feature fireplace then leading into the modern kitchen with door to a guest toilet. Stairs lead up to the first floor with a large bedroom with Juliet balcony overlooking the street and a modern shower room. Stairs lead up to the second floor with bedroom, separate toilet, a small terrace to the rear, eaves storage and doors out onto a roof terrace. From the roof terrace there is a slight sea view. Javea situated on the northern Costa Blanca coast is a popular town for permanent living or as a holiday resort for domestic and overseas visitors, the town has the spectacular Montgo mountain providing a backdrop to the area. Javea has the old town with its typical narrow streets leading to traditional town houses and apartments, the port with fishing fleet, pebble beach and the Arenal with its sandy beach. There are an abundance of restaurants and bars catering for all serving traditional favourites like paella, international cuisine to Michelin stars.
