Project for a detached villa on a plot of 811 m² with 195.75 m² of living space on two levels, 24.70 m² of terraces on the first floor, 33.75 m² of pergola, and 36 m² of swimming pool. Top quality materials will be used for the construction and the client will have the option to choose the materials and finishes during the construction process. The main floor will have an open-plan kitchen, a bright living room and dining room with large windows that allow light to enter throughout the day. All this is connected in a diaphanous way to take advantage of the distribution and to have a good communication between the three areas. This same floor will have two double bedrooms with their respective bathrooms, a dressing room and a toilet. On the first floor, there will be another double bedroom with its respective bathroom and a large terrace.
