Terraced town house with 3 bedrooms near the center of Arguineguin. After you have parked the car you go into the covered and fenced terrace where you also have a storage room and nice garden. All the outside areas belong to the community but are used only by the owner. From the terrace there is few steps up to the entrance to the house. First you are coming into the dining room which has tables and chairs. The open kitchen is just beside the dining room. The kitchen has a stove, sink and large fridge. There is an additional storage between the living room and kitchen. Still on the ground floor is a living room with large windows/doors opening out to an attractive terrace which can be used for tables and chairs and from the terrace are also entrance to a big community swimming pool and a tiled sun-bathing area. This area is good maintained and always clean. A staircase leads to the two bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom is decorated in bright colors, it has a double bed and plenty of room for storage the second bedroom is decorated in light colors and has a single bed, bedside tables, shelves and storage space. The bathroom has a shower.. The resort has also beautiful gardens with tropical plants and trees making it an inviting green areal. This quiet community area is not far from the beach and only used by 27 owners of properties in this community. A typical Canarian fishing village, it is home to many locals rather than being a tourist resort. It is part of the municipality of Mogan and is located southwest of Las Palmas. There are several bars and restaurants, the latter specialising in fresh fish caught the same day. Tuesday is market day (the largest on the island). Arguineguin features a beach and a port. Tourism is not as popular in Arguineguin as in the larger places as Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles.
